The bungalow features one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette. There’s also a private veranda and a BBQ station. The bungalow is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed internet, bathroom essentials, a ceiling fan, an in-room safe, a coffee maker, and a microwave.

Currently, there are 96 solar panels owned by the Homeowners Association (HOA). The total number of panels will be further expanded to enhance the overall quality of the accommodations. Upon purchase, a contribution to the HOA is required for the solar panel expansion.
